Soul Cru*, aka The Soul Crusaders · Brooklyn, NY · Last updated November 2026

What we collect

• Booking requests: your name, email and the event details you share, so we can reply and plan with you.
• EPK requests: your name, email and who you're with, so we can email you our press kit and follow up about working together.
• Event RSVPs: your name and email, plus your guest's name and email if you bring one, so we know who's coming out. If you tick the box, we'll also send you Soul Cru* events.
• Merch waitlist and shirt orders: your name, email, and the items and sizes you pick, so we can let you know when they're ready or fill your order.
• Newsletter: if you sign up, your email goes to Substack, which sends our monthly email. You can unsubscribe from any email.

We don't ask for payment details on this site. Ticketed events are sold through the ticketing site linked on each event, under its own privacy terms.

How we use it

• To answer your message, plan your event and send what you asked for.
• To follow up about bookings and collaborations you reached out about.
• To keep a simple record of who has contacted us.

We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't use it for anything you didn't ask for.

Who can see it

The members of Soul Cru* and the tools we use to run the site:

• Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Sheets) stores your messages and form details.
• Cloudflare hosts the website, and Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits (pages viewed, rough location by city, device type, and the site that sent you). It doesn't use cookies.
• Microsoft Clarity shows us how the site gets used: where people tap and how far they scroll, plus anonymous replays of visits so we can spot anything confusing or broken. It uses cookies. Anything you type into our forms is hidden from it.
• Substack sends the newsletter.

Videos, music and social links open on YouTube, Bandcamp, Instagram and TikTok, which have their own privacy terms.

What your browser remembers

To make the site work, your browser keeps a couple of small things on your own device: the merch you picked for the waitlist and a copy of our schedule so it loads faster.

Microsoft Clarity also sets cookies so it can tell one visit from the next. We use what it shows us only to make the site better. We don't use advertising cookies, we don't use any of this to target ads, and we don't use it to figure out who you are. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site still works. You can read how Microsoft handles this data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and form details as long as they're useful for booking and staying in touch, and delete them when you ask.

Your choices

Email info@soulcru.com to see what we have, fix it, or have it deleted. We'll take care of it within 30 days.

Kids

This site isn't meant for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
